Masking Mondays

Sooo Happy Monday!!!

My second 5-Day Clean Eating group started today, so obviously I had to start my morning out with a colorful bowl. IMG_4412.jpg

I made whole grain oats, mixed with vanilla almond milk, a splash of vanilla extract, topped with chia seeds, banana, and goji berries!

Superfoods are an amazing thing to add into your food groups everyday, and since incorporating them into my diet within this past year I have noticed a significant change in how toned my muscles look (newsflash: it’s more), especially in my stomach area, and I have more energy! (Aside from my caffeine intake, yes I know the difference)

So I say…INCORPORATE NEW SUPERFOODS INTO YOUR DIETS!!!

Secondly, this Monday began with, yet another, homemade face mask! (And coffee of course)

This mask was so quick and so easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons Indian Healing Clay
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Equal parts water

Mix with a glass, or plastic spoon in a glass or plastic bowl until it is a paste and apply all over the face for 10-15 minutes.

Mondays are one of my favorite days for planning out the week, and starting the day with a fresh mind, and positive vibes. Happy Week friends xx
